Code 134 is the equivilent of "BackSpace" when typing in text. The standard ASCII 8 (BackSpace?) and 127 (Delete) do not work (they only create "invalid character" boxes)

Code 178, Select, seems to send a Double click. When using it to pick things like shows to play from the ReplayGuide?, it'll popup the menu and then immediatly select the 1st item on the menu. It's OK for areas where a fouble SELECT isn't a problem. Not sure of any workaround.

Code 198 appears to map the the Commercial Advance function, but like code 178, it acts like a double click, effectively toggling the CA on and then off (or vice versa) whenever used. Not sure of any workaround.

On ReplayTV 5040, 193 (commercial advance) appears to correspond to quick skip, and the fastforward and rewind codes appear to double click.
